Ski pole length guide

Use your height as a starting point for pole length. For a fit check, stand barefoot with your elbows bent at a right angle; measure from your hand to the floor and add 10 cm.

Skier height (cm)	Pole length (cm)
Under 105	80
106–115	85
116–125	90
126–135	95
136–145	100
146–155	105
156–160	110
161–170	115
171–175	120
176–185	125
186–190	130
Over 191	135

Choose an available pole length. Backcountry or deep-snow use may call for a longer pole.
