Choosing and Ordering Products

Each product page provides the details available for that item, including its images, description, price and selectable options. Review the chosen item, size, color, quantity and delivery information before submitting an order. An order request uses the details shown at checkout and the information you enter there.

Prices are displayed in USD. A product’s current price and any displayed reduction should be reviewed on its own page and in the order summary. If a displayed item or total does not look right, use the Contact Us page before completing the purchase so the question can be reviewed.

Shipping and Import Charges

All products qualify for free worldwide shipping with no minimum order amount. We cover customs, duties and related import charges, and customers do not have to pay extra delivery fees for them. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 days. Estimated delivery is 6-12 days. The delivery period is an estimate and does not promise arrival on a specific day.

Accurate delivery information is important for processing an order. Check the recipient and address details entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake after placing an order, use the Contact Us page promptly with the order reference and the information that needs review.

Order Records and Support

The order details available through checkout or your account are the starting point for understanding a purchase. If you have a question about an item, order status or delivery, provide the order reference through the Contact Us page. We can then review the information associated with the order and explain the next steps available.

Product availability and details may change. If an issue affects a submitted order, it should be considered in relation to the actual item and order information. A question about an order does not itself alter the purchase or create a refund; use the support process for a review of the specific situation.

Returns and Refunds

We provide a 60-day return window, and refunds normally take 5-10 days. Contact us through the Contact Us page to begin a return request or ask about a refund.
